- Fixed term - This is a fixed term role to 31st August 2027 in the first instance.

- SFCA Support Staff Pay Spine, Points 14-18 (£31,324 - £35,395 per annum, pro rata)
Pay scale
- Actual Starting Salary for 37 hours per week, term time only is £26,792.75 per annum (based on an FTE of £31,324 per annum)
What skills and experience we're looking for
At the Stockton Sixth Form College site, we are seeking to appoint a Preparing for Adulthood Coach to work with our Compass team, supporting students in the SEMH provision.
You will be primarily working with Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
You will have experience of working with learners to develop skills to promote independence, have the ability to promote a personalised learning support approach for students with SEND and an understanding of the Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process.
Experience of working effectively with SEND young people alongside other staff is essential, as is the ability to maintain efficient and effective recording systems.
