Part time: Temporary contract with an expected end date of 31st August 2027. Term-time only, including TEDs. 25.5 hours, 3 days a week. 8.30am – 6pm. Working days will initially be Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is the possibility of an increase in hours throughout the year to suit the needs of the preschool to comply with Early Years ratios.

TA1 FTE salary range £25,614-£26,016. TA2 £26,427 - £26,847

Actual salary

TA1 Actual pro-rata salary of £15,163 - £15,401. TA2 Actual pro-rata salary £15,645 – £15,893.

Hourly rate

TA1 Hourly rate £13.28 - £13.48. TA2 Hourly rate £13.70 - £13.92.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a member of staff to join our thriving Little Cherries Pre-School. Working hours will be discussed at interview. Hours working within our holiday club may also be available. Duties will include providing safe, high quality education and care to children aged 2-4 years including being a Key Person for a group of children to support and monitor their emotional, physical and developmental needs. A full and relevant Level 2qualification or higher and recent experience in an Early Years setting would be desirable but not essential.
