Heyford Park School is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join our vibrant and growing school community. This post is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners seeking a fresh challenge.

This is an exciting time to join us. Significant development projects are underway, including a brand new primary building opening in 2027 and plans to expand from 2FE to 3.5FE over the coming years. These developments, representing a total investment of over £16 million, provide an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking primary phase and to contribute to shaping its future.

Heyford Park is a warm, inclusive, and ambitious all-through school, with a collaborative and supportive staff team. Our pupils are enthusiastic, curious, and motivated, and our parents are engaged and committed to the life of the school. As part of the EPA Trust, staff benefit from excellent professional development, a dedicated ECT programme, and the guidance and support of experienced colleagues with a strong track record of excellent primary outcomes.

We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about raising standards, creative in their approach, and committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for every child. The successful candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, flexible, and able to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the school. You should have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and be able to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of all learners, supporting their academic and personal development.

In return, we can offer an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with an ambitious and forward-thinking team, to be part of a school on an exciting journey of growth, and to make a real impact on the education and lives of our pupils.
