We are seeking an inspiring, dedicated and forward-thinking Headteacher to lead our school through an exciting period of transition as we move towards becoming a primary-only provision.

Set within extensive rural grounds, the school provides a rich, stimulating environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our ethos, ‘Be Safe, Be Respectful and Learn Stuff’, developed by our learners, underpins everything we do, and each pupil follows a personalised curriculum, ‘My Lane to Success’, designed to meet their unique needs.

This role includes the potential for a second opportunity at our planned SEMH secondary provision, Greensands Academy.

You will join a committed, professional team who share a deep passion for transforming the lives of SEMH learners, working collaboratively to provide the very best outcomes.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

  • Champions trauma-informed, inclusive practice that supports personalised learning and wellbeing
  • Promotes continuous improvement in academic, social, and emotional outcomes
  • Leads, inspires and develops a committed team, building a collaborative and positive school culture
  • Works closely with families, carers, external agencies, and the Trust to enrich provision and opportunities
