Hours: Part time 2 days per week

Responsible to: Headteacher, Wingate Primary School

Start date: November 2025

Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2026

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of primary teachers? Wingate Primary School is seeking a dedicated Primary Initial Teacher Education Advisor to support high-quality teaching and learning placements across multiple primary school clusters. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to trainee teachers’ development, ensuring a positive student experience through feedback, assessment, and guidance.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator with QTS who has a strong track record in supporting and developing trainee teachers, managing placements and mentor teams, coordinating with schools and universities, observing and assessing teaching and promoting trainee wellbeing.
