We welcome applications from existing primary practitioners seeking new challenges.

Required January 2026 or sooner if possible Countesthorpe Academy is a popular and expanding 11-19 school, within the LiFE MultiAcademy Trust, which is increasingly the school of choice for parents in the area. We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Primary Literacy Transition Lead. The successful candidate will have a real passion for this role and the ability to translate this for the students in their care. You will have the desire to ensure that our core value of ‘being the best you can be’ is fulfilled.
