You will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, with clear expectations and a passion for learning
- Reflect on your practice and embrace feedback to develop professionally
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
- Be an active participant in our school’s wider life, including clubs, events, trips, and residentials
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and shared success
What We Offer
- A nurturing environment for ECTs and recently qualified teachers to grow and thrive
- A culture of collaboration, innovation, and high expectations
- Tailored professional development and access to a wider network of support through the Trust
