What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an individual who has significant experience of school improvement either as a serving Headteacher and/or an Ofsted inspector. He/she will have a strong track record of significantly improving outcomes, but equally so building strong improvement cultures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the school improvement strategy across the primary phase. He/she will report to and work with the Primary Director of Education. The role is based in our Trust Headquarters as well as regularly working onsite in our primary schools.
