Primary School Improvement Partner job summary

After successfully piloting the peer-to-peer school improvement model as a professional development opportunity for our headteachers over the past year, we are now formalising the structure of our school improvement team.

We are seeking to appoint four School Improvement Partners who will work across the Trust for at least one day per week while continuing in their role as headteacher at their own school.
