What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience supporting children, ideally with SEND or disabilities

Understanding of child development and inclusive teaching practices

Good ICT skills to support learning GCSEs in English & Maths (or willingness to complete functional skills)

NVQ2 or equivalent in a relevant area (desirable)

First aid (desirable)

Patient, empathetic, flexible, and proactive

Positive, “can-do” attitude

Team player with strong communication skills

Keen to develop professionally in SEND, ASD, or learning disabilities

We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our EYFS team! You’ll support children with complex needs—often 1:1 or 1:2—helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
