What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking to inspire young learners and make a real difference? Cranbrook Education Campus is seeking a passionate and creative Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team from 1st January 2026. We welcome applications from aspiring ECTs as well as experienced teachers looking for leadership or TLR opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
  • Creates engaging, inclusive and challenging learning experiences.
  • Works well as part of a collaborative and caring team.
  • Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
  • Ideally has previous experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2.
