What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to a promotion we require an exceptionally talented teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful teaching with develops the academic and personal progress of pupils with SEN. This experience can be gained from either a mainstream or special school setting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and understanding of pupils with autism and speech, language and communication difficulties
  • An understanding and interest in SEN, with experience in working with pupils who require additional support in accessing the curriculum
  • The ability to support the raising of standards and to accelerate pupil progress
  • The ability to work effectively within a team
