Are you a passionate and flexible educator looking to make a meaningful impact across multiple school communities?
We’re looking for a committed Primary Teacher to join our Oasis family and provide high-quality teaching across three of our Croydon primary academies: Oasis Academy Ryelands, Byron, and Shirley Park Primary.
We’re trialling a new approach to give our fantastic teachers dedicated CPD time during the school week. This role is the first of its type in the region, but you’ll be stepping into an established routine; working with familiar classes and collaborating with experienced teams to ensure continuity and care for our pupils.
You'll be responsible for
- Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with existing planning
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
- Maintaining consistency and continuity in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Collaborating with staff across three academies to uphold best practice
- Adapting confidently to different classroom environments and age group
