About the Role

We are excited to appoint a committed teacher to join our team for one academic year. As a qualified teacher (QTS), you will plan, teach, and assess effectively to meet the needs of all pupils, while playing a positive role in our school community. We are ambitious for our learners and committed to helping every child strive for and achieve success, supported by inclusive values and high expectations.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who lives our Values for Victory, using them to positively nurture all learners

  • A reflective teacher with class leadership experience and a Plus 1 mindset for continuous improvement

  • A team player with high expectations for all, demonstrating a Kaizen approach to growth and progress

  • Experience (or strong interest) in leading a curriculum area, with readiness to take on wider responsibility
