We’re looking for an outstanding, dynamic, and strategic Principal to lead Abbey View into and through the next stage of its development. We are a 40 student Alternative Provision Academy located in Tewkesbury and provide an academic curriculum across both KS3 and KS4 for students who are at risk of being permanently excluded by their mainstream setting. We work closely with local secondary schools across the region. Alternative Provision is challenging, but it is also extremely rewarding.

SUPPORTING OUR PURPOSE

If you’re passionate about Supporting Students, Fulfilling Potential and Delivering a Future of Possibilities, then Abbey View could be the school for you. This is our new Purpose – and it’s what we want to do everyday for every student. Our new vision is to provide a Safe and Trusted Environment, to create Excitement through Education so that our students are engaged, providing Successful Transitions back into their mainstream settings and are Future Ready.

ABOUT ABBEY VIEW

Abbey View is operated by CCT Learning – which is a single academy trust. During mid 2025, the school will merge into a supportive Multi Academy Trust, unleashing not only a new chapter for the school, but also new possibilities. The trust board has a clear plan and is looking for an exceptional leader to deliver it. We have exciting plans and new approaches to AP that we’ll be implementing during 2025. If you’d like to be part of this, then please apply.
