Principal job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of Excalibur Academies Trust, a large successful and growing MAT operating in Reading, Wiltshire, West Berkshire, Swindon and Bristol.
Fairfield High School is a vibrant and successful large secondary school in Bristol, just off of the M32. It serves a diverse range of communities and caters for students in years 7 to 11. Recently inspected, Fairfield High School continues to be judged "Good".
Self-motivated and reflective, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a vision, ambition, strategic and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a track record of raising standards.
The successful applicant will have full autonomy over the day to day running of Fairfield High School, including management of budget and staff, and will benefit from the support and challenge of the Trust.
