The Inspiration Trust is at an exciting point in its development. We have invested significantly in our long-term curriculum and teacher development. We teach powerful knowledge so that our children can understand, access and influence our society. We invest in our teachers and leaders as they are the people that can make a difference to our young people’s lives. We are also passionate about inclusion.
Great Yarmouth Primary Academy received a ‘good’ rating in Summer 2021 with ‘outstanding’ leadership. The current principal has received a promotion, becoming Director of Education at the Inspiration Trust. Great Yarmouth Primary Academy serves one of the most deprived communities in the country. Its work is vital to the life chances of the children that attend. The school provides exceptional support for both children and families in the community.
We are committed to offering excellent professional learning opportunities for our staff. At Great Yarmouth Primary Academy we use a 'Multiple Teacher Model', reducing class sizes and increasing the size of teaching teams in each phase. It is standard for our two-form entry school to have three teachers assigned to each year group. If you would like to join us on our journey in ensuring every child has the best start in education, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a truly exceptional school that is characterised by high standards of teaching in every classroom; positive personal development for all students; and high quality enrichment that broadens the school experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys visible leadership, who can quickly and effectively build strong relationships with children, families and staff alike. Stakeholder relationships will also be key.
