The school Great Yarmouth Primary Academy received a ‘good’ rating in Summer 2021 with ‘outstanding’ leadership. The current principal has received a promotion, becoming Director of Education at the Inspiration Trust. The school is now looking for an exceptional and ambitious school leader to continue the journey and provide strong direction for the already outstanding team. Great Yarmouth Primary Academy serves one of the most deprived communities in the country. Its work is vital to the life chances of the children that attend. The school provides exceptional support for both children and families in the community. We are committed to offering excellent professional learning opportunities for our staff. At Great Yarmouth Primary Academy we use a 'Multiple Teacher Model', reducing class sizes and increasing the size of teaching teams in each phase. It is standard for our two-form entry school to have three teachers assigned to each year group.
