The Position

The successful candidate will contribute to the overall leadership of the Trust, and model the standards and behaviours of an excellent leader in education.

You will have the ability to establish, develop and maintain professional and effective working relationships with the CEO and the other members of the Board of Directors, the Trust’s executive leadership team, staff, parents/carers and pupils/students, other schools in the Trust, stakeholders, agencies and members of the local community.

You will ensure there is a positive ethos in the school in which individuals feel valued and an excellent education is provided for all pupils.
