The Challenge
- Address inconsistencies in curriculum delivery and teaching quality to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential.
- Enhance support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and improve their academic outcomes.
- Develop and implement robust systems for assessing and addressing gaps in students’ reading and learning.
- Build a culture of high expectations, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement across the school.
- Strengthen oversight of alternative provision to ensure it meets the needs of all students.
