We are looking for a highly motivated Principal for a fixed term maternity cover, with a proven track record, working in a good or outstanding school, that can continue to lead North Walsall through the next stage of its journey. We are looking for a leader who can uphold and embrace the consistency of high expectations North Walsall have become accustomed to.
This is an exciting time for North Walsall Primary Academy as we continue our journey to becoming an Outstanding school. Since our last Ofsted inspection in 2024, North Walsall has implemented change and continued to improve outcomes in pursuit of providing outstanding provision for all its pupils, across all areas of the academy.
You will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with our other academies across the trust during these exciting times, as we learn from each other and improve together.
The position will suit an existing senior leader or Principal with experience of delivering exceptional standards, who can continue to lead this academy to future success. You will have the opportunity to work with the Continuous Improvement Partner to shape the way in which you will lead the school to positively impact the educational development of all pupils.
