The Trust Board is now seeking an exceptional, inspirational and visionary Principal to lead New Pastures Primary School into its next chapter.

New Pastures is a split-site primary school at the heart of its community in Mexborough, Doncaster. Part of Venn Multi Academy Trust since September 2021, the school is ready for a new Principal to continue raising aspirations and accelerating attainment. Supported by an established executive leader, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:
Provide clear, confident leadership that motivates staff and pupils.
Drive high standards of teaching, learning and school improvement.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, families and the community.

We are looking for someone who is:
