Principal job summary

We are seeking an inspiring, talented and dynamic senior leader who is ready to take their next step in their leadership career in a successful, creative school with a dedicated team of colleagues.

As Principal, you will have responsibility for the leadership and management of the school. You will be able to inspire and motivate staff to share the ambitions and high expectations for the school and will be able to work in partnership with parents and children to ensure the school serves its community. You will promote the vision and direction of the school enabling it to build on its successes.

Newborough CofE Primary School is a welcoming, single-form entry school that has recently joined the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET). This partnership has opened up exciting opportunities for staff development and career progression through research-informed practice and extensive CPD programs.
