Are you an experienced, inspirational, motivational and dynamic school leader with substantial leadership experience? As a high profile individual within the Academy you will champion the Oasis ethos, support and develop your leaders and empower their staff teams. As Principal you will work with compassion, enthusiasm, commitment and determination to move the Academy forward. The successful candidate will need to have the skills and ambition to promote excellent teaching and learning, which is a feature of this school.
