Principal job summary

Are you an experienced, inspirational, motivational and dynamic school leader with substantial leadership experience? This is a wonderful opportunity to build on the strengths of the academy and lead this good school in the next steps of its exciting journey to becoming outstanding.We are seeking an individual with a strong track record of senior leadership, clarity of purpose and high expectations for all. Our new leader will crucially be a strategic thinker focused on making a difference to the educational life chances and wider positive contributions of all our children. As a high profile individual within the Academy you will champion the Oasis ethos, support and develop your leaders and empower their staff teams. As Principal you will work with compassion, enthusiasm, commitment and determination to move the Academy forward. The successful candidate will need to have the skills and ambition to promote excellent teaching and learning, which is a feature of this school.
