What skills and experience we're looking for
The Directors of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, together with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, wish to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and suitably qualified practising Catholic to the post of Principal at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Droitwich.
Our MAC mission of ‘Forming Christ-centred pilgrims of hope with kind hearts, questioning minds, a thirst for knowledge and a hunger for justice’ shapes all we do.
St Joseph’s, Droitwich is a popular, nurturing and outward looking school with happy, motivated and well-behaved children. We are a one-form entry primary school at the heart of our local community where everyone at St Joseph’s is committed to providing the best possible education and care to our young people to enable them to maximise their God-given talents and flourish. We have an excellent staff team, a supportive and knowledgeable Local Governing Body and strong links with our local parish.
We are looking for an exceptional and inspiring leader with a secure understanding of the nature of Catholic education, the knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and standards for raising the achievement of all pupils as well as a strong track record in raising standards at pace.
What the school offers its staff
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leadership team of our Multi Academy Company in which there is a shared vision and commitment to working together to raise standard in all our schools. Strong relationships provide positive support for continuous professional development, and Directors are keen to appoint and promote effective and successful leaders to secure and sustain the future of our schools and Catholic education.
