✨ The OpportunityThe Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational, practising Catholic leader who will bring both vision and compassion to the role of Principal at St Patrick’s. This is a rare opportunity to lead a thriving school within a successful, collaborative and ambitious Catholic multi-academy company serving over 3,500 pupils across eight schools in North East Coventry.
As Principal, you will be the leading professional of the school, entrusted with ensuring that its distinctive Catholic mission permeates all aspects of its life and work. You will shape the spiritual, educational and strategic direction of the school, working closely with the Executive Principal, Board of Directors, Local Governing Body, parish and wider community.

The Principal will:
- Provide strategic leadership rooted in Gospel values, ensuring a strong, visible and authentic Catholic ethos.
- Lead high-quality teaching and learning that enables every child to achieve their God-given potential.

- Develop strong partnerships with parents, parish and community, recognising them as central to children’s education.
- Ensure robust safeguarding, governance and accountability practices across the school.
- Work collaboratively with leaders across the Romero Catholic Academy to strengthen the collective Catholic educational mission.
