Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Professional Development and Pedagogy Lead to work alongside and support Teaching and Learning Leads across Ascend. The focus is on the delivery of a streamlined and high quality, professional development curriculum based around instructional coaching and deliberate practice. Furthermore to ensure fidelity to the Ascend Teaching and Learning Principles and Ascend Strategic priorities.
To work alongside the Ascend SCITT and ECTP delivery team to support with program delivery, planning and organisation, course administration, trainee recruitment, selection and onboarding.
