If you have you experience working with young people (16+) in an educational, youth work or club/voluntary setting and are interested in a career in Education we want to hear from you.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable team-player to join our highly successful, established team of Progress Coaches. Responsible for a number of tutor groups and offering 1:1 guidance, you will be monitoring the academic progress and supporting the onward progression and broader College experience of an assigned group of KS5 students, helping them to achieve to their maximum potential. Prior knowledge and experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is preferable, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
To be successful, you will have excellent communication and administrative skills and a proactive working style, and will be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic. This is a job share position, working three days per week. We can be flexible on the days, however ideally this would be three consecutive days.
While this is a fixed-term position, should the job share be successful a permanent role would be offered.
