Your role:

As a Progress Leader at Queen Katharine Academy, you will support students' pastoral care and academic progress, working with the Senior Leadership Team, Subject Leaders, and teaching staff. Your responsibilities include identifying interventions, engaging with parents/carers, and promoting high aspirations. You will lead form tutors and collaborate with the Safeguarding Officer to ensure child protection and good behaviour. Knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum, safeguarding procedures, and experience in team leadership and raising standards are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in child safeguarding are crucial.
