What skills and experience we're looking for
York High School has an exciting opportunity for a Progress Leader to join our committed team, who has the drive and determination to make a difference to our students. The role involves providing pastoral and academic support to a designated cohort of students, ensuring good behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning.
The successful candidate will have significant pastoral experience and the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people through the delivery of a range of interventions and by building strong relationships with students, colleagues and external agencies. You will be absolutely committed to making a difference and improving the life chances of our students.
The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future and, therefore, the grade for this position may change.
