JOB OVERVIEW
Cidari Education, the Local Governing Committee, staff and children and families of Great Marsden St John's Church of England Primary Academy are seeking to recruit a Family Support Lead whose primary goal will be to empower families and promote the well-being of children. They will work with families facing various difficulties, from short-term crises to long-term complex issues. Experience working in such a role is essential as it is challenging and fast paced.
The idea candidate will be someone who;
- can build strong relationships
- experienced as a DDSL or is willing to train
- has experience of working with a range of supporting agencies including Children's Social Care
- communicates well with all stakeholders ( children, adults, colleagues, outside agencies)
- is empathetic and compassionate
- is able to self organise their workload and prioritise
- is willing to keep learning and growing
- likes a challenge and
- is resilient.
