Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed?
Unity Education Trust (UET) are looking for dedicated Pupil Engagement Officers to join our dynamic specialist education service across Norfolk. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils who are missing education or have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools.
Working closely with senior leaders and teaching staff, you will help pupils feel safe, supported and motivated to engage with their learning. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, building strong relationships and supporting pupils to develop confidence, resilience and a renewed sense of purpose in their education.
This is a brand-new role and UET are fully committed to investing in you. You’ll complete an extensive training programme at our central office in Dereham, before moving into your appointed school as a key worker, supporting pupils to re-engage and succeed. Alongside this, you’ll have access to apprenticeship routes and ongoing professional development, offering a long-term career in education and the opportunity to have a real impact on young people’s lives.
This role would suit experienced candidates with a background in SEND, SEMH, behaviour support, youth work, or pastoral support, who are flexible, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education and positive outcomes for young people.
