Pupil Progress Leader (Learning Support - Behaviour) job summary

Pupil Progress Leader

37 Hours per week

Term Time + 1 week

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed, flexible, well organised and highly motivated person to become part of our Learning Support Unit.

The successful candidate will work proactively with students to address repeated or serious poor behaviour to enable pupils to access learning in the classroom.

Candidates should:

Be qualified to HLTA level

Have experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour

Have undergone training in relevant strategies i.e. behaviour management

Have sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
