What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Pupil Reflection Mentor to manage the reflection suite within the inclusion area, undertaking reflective and metacognitive discussions with pupils. The role will involve creating and monitoring the climate for learning and standards and expectations within the reflection area to facilitate a positive learning environment for pupils requiring an alternative learning environment.
The successful candidate should be flexible and have excellent administrative and communication skills.
Initially the post is offered a temporary contract until 31st July 2025.
