Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Coordinator to join our vibrant and supportive community. As the school is going through a period of increasing its pupil numbers an opportunity has arisen to work in the pastoral team. We are looking for someone who is solutions-driven, proactive and is passionate about SEND pupils. The successful candidate will be part of the pastoral team supporting students to self regulate their behaviour and be ready for learning. This job involves working closely with the pupils, staff and parents.

Adults support pupils to celebrate their neurodiversity and recognise the shared similarities they have with others, regardless of background. • A passionate pupil support coordinator who is keen to develop further and will take on board the advice of our behaviour lead
• Experience or a keen interest in working with pupils with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
