About us:
We are a popular, oversubscribed and successful school - the first all-through (4-18) school in Cambridgeshire. We have a vibrant learning community enabling students to flourish both academically and socially. Our central ethos of care, respect for the needs of others, courtesy and a warm community feel provides an atmosphere where our students can make the very best of their talents to achieve success and are inspired to fulfil their potential.

You will also facilitate restorative conversations between pupils, meet with students to address attendance concerns, and identify, recognise, and support the individual needs of each pupil.
Working pattern:
Monday to Thursday 08:15 - 16:15, Friday 08:15 - 15:45
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a desire to ensure support, opportunity and challenge is available for all students under their care.

- Has experience working with school aged students, in a professional setting.
- Is reflective, resilient, ambitious, and committed to professional growth.
- Will engage with all aspects of school life, including parents and the wider community.
If you are ready for the next chapter of your career, we would love to hear from you.
