Quality of Education Lead Practitioner & KS2 Class Teacher job summary

We are looking for a passionate, driven and committed Quality of Education Lead Practitioner to join our successful team. This is a crucial role where you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, to shape the Quality of Education at Phoenix.

This position which may suit an aspiring Leader or Phase Leader and may be excellent preparation for Assistant Headship. This role holds a full teaching commitment with additional weekly leadership time.

You will have innovative and robust teaching practice, coupled with a collaborative working style.

We have a high proportion of children on the Special Educational Needs (SEN) register as well as those who have English as an Additional Language and Pupil Premium. This role draws together important areas of school development and supports the strong ethos of driving excellence which exists within the school.
