Do you have the skills to:
- Demonstrate you are a consistently strong practitioner with a record of securing good outcomes at KS3 and KS4.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and an ability to devise and deliver clear, well‑sequenced, high-quality lessons underpinned by a robust curriculum model.
- Use assessment and performance data effectively to diagnose learning needs and evaluate impact.
- Commit to professional growth, including engaging with trust leadership development and school improvement training.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff and act as a role model to secure high expectations.
- Show resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a challenging school-improvement context
