RE Teacher job summary

To prepare and teach consistently high quality lessons to pupils. b. To follow and contribute to departmental schemes of learning. c. To assess pupils work providing appropriate feedback to encourage further improvement, in line with Academy policy. d. To maintain comprehensive records of pupils’ progress and assessment in line with whole academy policy. e. To report on pupil progress in line with whole academy policy. f. To attend parents’ evenings and respond to parental requests for information, in a timely manner. g. To promote the progress of all pupils and their well-being, with due regard for discipline, health and safety following all Academy policies with rigour and consistency. h. To maintain a stimulating, safe and appropriate learning environment. i. To assist in the managing and developing of a given tutor group.
