Reading Intervention Teaching Assistant job summary

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience of working with children in a primary school setting (experience of phonics or Little Wandle desirable but not essential)
  • Is passionate about helping children succeed in reading
  • Can deliver structured interventions with precision, consistency and warmth
  • Is patient, positive and able to motivate reluctant learners
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
  • Is committed to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils
