Monday - Friday, 31.75 hours per week, Term Time Plus 5 days
4 days a week from 8.30am - 3.20pm and 1 day a week from 8.30am - 3.25pm
Fixed Term - to cover a period of Maternity leave
1st September 2026 to 13th July 2027
The School is looking to appoint a Reading Mentor, on a fixed term basis, to cover a period of Maternity Leave, to work both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, to support and assist students with their reading fluency and comprehension. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and will be able to tailor their approach to reading, to suit individual needs in a way that inspires students to achieve their full potential. There is an opportunity to work solely with our younger, Year 7 students, so experience with phonics or primary reading delivery is desirable, but not essential.
