Reception Admin Assistant

Hours - 10 - 1430am - Monday - Friday Term time only .

Grand Union Village School is an 80-place primary school for children 4-11 years with severe learning difficulties, physical and complex needs including Autism. Based on Ballinger Way, Hayes, Northolt UB5 6GG. Grand Village Union School is a member of the Eden Academy Trust.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to this key post at Grand Union Village School. The successful candidate will join a highly effective and professional team dealing with all aspects of school administration.

Applicants should have some background and experience in office administration in either business or education, have good literacy and numeracy skills, and be familiar with programmes including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Arbor would be beneficial.

We would welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic, flexible and willing to participate fully in the life of a special school.
