- £25,583.00 - £26,824.00 Annually (FTE) 25 Hours per week, term time plus 4 inset days. (38.8 weeks per year) Focus Trust Grade 2, spinal column point 5 to 8. The above amounts will be reduced to reflect the pro rata arrangement for this role.
Reception/Administration Assistant job summary
Receptionist \ Administrator
25 hours per week term-time only (38.8 weeks per year) 8.30am - 4.30pm on Monday & Friday, remaining hours flexible, to meet the current needs of the school.
The Receptionist \ Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join our school and growing Trust as we expand our administrative team. The role will report directly to the Academy Business Manager .
The main areas of responsibility involve being the first point of contact in the reception area for all visitors including; parents, contractors, pupils and staff. To provide a range of routine general clerical and financial administrative support for the School Business Manager, the school office, and any extended facilities. To assist with the maintenance of database systems containing information on pupils and staff.
The role will be based at Deeplish Primary Academy but could involve some travel to our other schools within the Trust. This of course will be reasonable and appropriate to the role.
