What skills and experience we're looking for
Richmond Hill Academy is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Administration Support to join our team on a part-time basis. Working under the direction of the Office Management you will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service alongside delivering high-quality administrative support within our busy school office.
Potential applicants should ideally have:
- Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working within a busy environment.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
