- Have a vision and passion for delivering the Early Years curriculum that inspires learners
- Enjoys building positive relationships with children, their families and staff members
- Are trained in teaching Read, Write, Inc phonics is desirable, to assist the delivery of daily systematic phonics teaching
- Open to new ideas and work alongside others to plan and deliver a bespoke Early Years curriculum
- Have high expectations of all pupils and ensure all pupils achieve
- Are reflective and forward thinking, always striving to develop your own skills and knowledge to ensure the quality of Early Years Education is of the very best standard
