The successful candidate must be an excellent classroom practitioner with relevant up to date knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and framework, who can support and challenge all pupils to achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping young minds and creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment for all; who can be a role model for teaching and learning in the early years and make a distinctive contribution to the raising of pupil’s standards and the work of the wider team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Works effectively and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing ideas, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues to create a consistent and inclusive learning environment.
  • Has a love for early years education and a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework.
  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils.
