What skills and experience we're looking for

The position is initially for our Reception year group but we are open to a year group change in future years. Most of all, we are looking for a teacher who will engage and inspire our youngest learners, supporting and motivating them as they begin their school journey.

We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:

• An effective and passionate classroom practitioner with high expectations for all children.
• Caring, inclusive and positive in their approach.
• Passionate about creating enabling and ambitious learning opportunities.
• Able to communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
• Knowledgeable about the curriculum and assessment processes.
