The Role:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Reception Primary School Teacher who is ready to go above and beyond to ensure that every child thrives. You will bring a strong understanding of teaching in an inner-city context and a relentless belief in what children can achieve—regardless of their starting point. Your teaching will reflect rigour, creativity, and the belief that excellence is for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons that challenges and support all learners
Set and maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and effort
Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Use assessment intelligently to inform teaching and ensure progress
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared professional excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Significant experience teaching in an urban or inner-city primary setting
A deep belief that every child can succeed, with no excuses
A commitment to the ethics of excellence—striving for high standards in all aspects of school life
The drive to go the extra mile for our children and community
Experienced EYFS teacher
