  • Is eager to learn, reflect and develop as a practitioner
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Demonstrates our core values: kindness, respect and curiosity
  • Is excited by the opportunity to grow within a new school community
  • In Return, We Offer:
  • A highly supportive environment for early career teachers
  • Structured mentoring and development opportunities
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing
  • The chance to be part of a founding team shaping a growing school
  • A purpose-built learning environment designed for early years
