  • has a clear commitment to whole school improvement with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to engage the wider community
  • is able to plan and deliver all areas of the curriculum with learners of a range of abilities and starting points
  • excellent IT skills - we use Microsoft TEAMS and TAPESTRY
  • puts phonics (Little Wandle) and early reading at the heart of all learning
