Receptionist/Admin Assistant job summary

  • Hours of work: 24hrs per week
  • Working pattern: To be discussed at interview
  • Weeks worked: this is a term time only position so working 38 weeks(43.600 paid)

The successful candidate will be:

  • Proficient in word and excel
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Be able to work calmly in a busy school environment
  • Remain professional and confidential at all times.
  • Well organised and able to use their initiative.
  • Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.

A knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage as would experience of working in a school environment.
