Receptionist/Admin Assistant job summary
- Hours of work: 24hrs per week
- Working pattern: To be discussed at interview
- Weeks worked: this is a term time only position so working 38 weeks(43.600 paid)
The successful candidate will be:
- Proficient in word and excel
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skill
- Be able to work calmly in a busy school environment
- Remain professional and confidential at all times.
- Well organised and able to use their initiative.
- Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
A knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage as would experience of working in a school environment.
